These Terms govern your use of The Pro Station website and demo experience, operated by Gigamajig Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the site or requesting a demo, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes to learn about and evaluate the service. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information.

The demo experience

Demos are illustrative. When you request a demo, we may generate a preview using generated content and publicly available information about the business you provide. Demo pages may not reflect a real, finalized website and are not a live representation of any business until that business reviews and approves them.

Generated content

Demo content may be automatically generated. It may include representative services, sample copy, and placeholder details intended as a starting point, not as verified business information. We do not fabricate reviews, testimonials, staff, or availability.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, lead volume, booking volume, or revenue. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

Booking & payment integrations

The Pro Station currently supports verified external booking links, request-to-book workflows, and lead capture. Native Pro Station booking is in development and is not currently guaranteed unless explicitly included in a signed agreement. Any external booking or payment service you connect remains governed by that provider's own terms, and you own those accounts. The Pro Station does not process or receive your booking revenue, and payment processing is owned by you (the business).

Communications consent

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted about your request. Email follow-up may be automated; SMS and phone follow-up are handled manually and are not enabled by default. You can opt out of emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Intellectual property

The Pro Station name, site design, and software are owned by Gigamajig Inc. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us permission to use it to provide the requested demo and service.

Third-party services

The service integrates third-party providers (hosting, database, email delivery, optional booking/payment). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms apply to your use of them.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and demos are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigamajig Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or demos.

Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the site or a demo at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
