Published policy — legal review pendingThe Pro Station is a service operated by Gigamajig Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and demo experience, how we use it, and your choices. If a formal legal review changes these terms, we will update the effective date above.
Information we collect
- Demo-form submissions: the business name, website/social URL, phone number, and email address you provide to generate a demo.
- Demo lead submissions: name, phone and/or email, service interest, message, and your selected contact preference (phone, text, or email) when you submit a form on a demo page.
- Consent records: whether you agreed to be contacted, and the time of submission.
- Publicly available business information used to build an illustrative demo (see our Terms).
- Basic technical data such as your browser's user-agent, used for spam prevention and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To generate the demo you requested and respond to your inquiry.
- To send follow-up communications you requested. Email follow-up may be automated; SMS and phone follow-up are handled manually and are not enabled by default.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Payments & payment connections
When a business connects a payment provider through The Pro Station, we may process payment account connection metadata (for example, the connected account's provider, connection status, and safe account references) so the connection can function.
- We do not store full card numbers, CVC/CVV codes, raw bank account or routing numbers, tax identification numbers, or the identity documents used to verify a payment account. Card entry happens through the payment provider's own hosted payment interface, and that information is handled by the provider, not by us.
- The payment information we do keep is operational metadata: transaction amount and currency; payment status; refund and dispute status; payment-provider object identifiers (for example a payment or checkout reference); the connected account identifier; timestamps; and references to the client, site, and payment area the transaction belongs to.
- Stripe and PayPal process payment information under their own privacy policies. Their handling of cardholder and account data is governed by those providers, not by us.
- We may store safe transaction information — such as transaction status, amount, provider, timestamps, refund status, and dispute status — so a connected business can see the state of its own payments.
- We may process webhook and fraud/security metadata from the payment provider to keep the connection reliable and secure.
Customer payments settle directly to the connected business's own Stripe or PayPal account; The Pro Station does not receive or hold customer funds. See our Payment Terms.
Payments to Gigamajig Inc. for the Pro Station product itself — setup fees, recurring service fees, website purchases, add-ons, and custom branding and creative work — are our own billing. For those charges we are the merchant, and we process them through our own payment account, separately from any connected business's payments.
Payment-account onboarding
When a business sets up a payment account, its business, identity, tax, and payout details are submitted directly to the payment provider, on the provider's own pages. We retain only safe account-status metadata from the provider — for example whether onboarding is complete, whether the account can accept charges or receive payouts, and how many verification requirements are outstanding.
Tenant isolation & access controls
Each connected business's data is isolated from other businesses using access controls, so one business cannot read another's records. Access to account data is limited to authorized users of that account and to our systems as needed to operate the service.
Email follow-up & unsubscribe
If you receive a follow-up email, it includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal mailing address, as required by law. When you unsubscribe, we store a one-way hash of your email address (not the address itself) so we can honor the opt-out without retaining the raw email for that purpose. Unsubscribe requests are honored.
Internal validation
Some demos are internal test pages used by our team to validate the system. These are marked internally and are excluded from customer outreach.
Service providers
We rely on required service providers to run the service, including website hosting, database storage (Supabase), and email delivery (Resend). Analytics may be used in aggregate where enabled. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We do not sell your personal information.
Security & retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of communications at any time. Contact us at the email below.
Children
This service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
